Tropical Beaches. Sand. Sun.
Rabbit Island (in the Khmer language "Koh Tonsay") is a small, 2 square kilometer island about 5km from the coast of Kep, Cambodia.
Nice white sand beaches, good snorkeling and scuba diving, and a great place to relax.
$15 for a 1/2 hour round trip to the island from the Kep Pier, about 5 minutes from the Crab Market. ($35 for the whole boat which can hold 10 people). You can do a day trip, or stay overnight.
There's a half dozen beachside bungalows on the island from $5 to $15. No TV here, but you can get phone service.
It's a 3 hour walk to go around the island. You'll be on beaches, mangrove forests and rocks.
Development has started on the island, so now's the time to go.
Best to check out the Kep, Cambodia website first, as this is where you'll be starting your adventure.
Come check it out!
Island Update: This website, and our other Island websites are not well updated now.... At all. Covid has changed many of the attractions, and there's been a lot of construction on the islands also to upgrade (downgrade?) them.
See you soon!
